Before founding People Puzzle, she held senior HR leadership roles supporting large, multicultural workforces across multiple countries. Her career began in operational hospitality, giving her a grounded understanding of service environments, frontline realities and the people structures needed to support them.
Her work has required balancing business pressure, operational complexity and human impact in fast-moving environments. This experience spans regional HR operations, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, restructuring, compliance and organisational change.
She holds an MBA in HR Management and is a Certified Senior Professional Coach, as well as an ISO Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer. This combination brings together practical HR leadership, structured audit discipline and a coaching-informed approach to people, leadership and career support.
